Dave Thomas and The Dream Team has taken on a new video project with the goal of highlighting local small business owners, and giving those owners a platform where they can tell their story.
When starting this project, it was hard to say what we wanted these videos to be. So hard that it was just easier for us to say what we DON’T want them to be: we DON’T want these videos to be commercials.
It isn’t that we don’t want these owners to tell us about WHAT they are doing. We are just more interested in WHY they are doing it.
We chose to help Mark Henry, Chef/Owner of Rooster’s House of Ramen, tell his story. We had no idea what shape the video would take when we started the project, but what transpired was surprising even to us. We hope you enjoy it.
